Stop blaming the clubs and coaches. Your team can be #1 but your DC may be an average player. Your team can be at the bottom of the ranks but your DC may be a star. Stop blaming the league and the coaches this is not a pro league. Do your work as a parent pay your fees bleed your pockets.

From what I have heard our girls and boys are doing great. They are happy and playing soccer.

Boyking made a great move going to VDA. BRYC was one of the best girls clubs on the east coast when he took over. He managed to to ruin everything Larry and Jim built then jump to a club with the player pipeline and infrastructure to be great. Nice move.

BRYC has not been a top club since the 80s. Their most successful spell was last year making ECNL top 25 clubs list.
