OP here. Thanks for the feedback. Was surprised to see this in an ECNL club. One dad coaches on multiple teams for all his DCs. Trying to figure out what dirt he has on the DOC who allows this charade, lol.

Often times better because they understand kids. A lot of these younger coaches don’t have a clue about kids.
