Okay, well just get an attorney; however, are you filing for at an-fault divorce for adultery? Even with an affair, I would just do a divorce based on separation and be done with it. He will not necessarily pay you more because of the affair. If you were committing adultery and got caught, you would not get alimony, but that is really usually the only effect of an affair. It costs more and takes longer often to divorce for adultery because of the getting evidence, fighting with lawyers process. See an attorney if he did not agree to mediation (which would cost less). |
