I put them out in the yard on a drying rack. You could throw them in the dryer on low, but if they are the pleated kind the pleats don’t dry flat that way and then you have to iron them. |
I find that when I hand wash, things take far longer to dry than if I wash in the machine on the delicate cycle no matter how well I think I’m squeezing out the water. Without a spin cycle things get really soggy and take ages to dry. Use a mesh bag in the washer and hang to dry on a drying rack or across the bottom of hangers. |
Hang on a doorknob |
You could try rolling them in a dry towel after the washer to get out any residual water, then hang where they get airflow (not over a chair). You should have more than 1 mask per person. |
I wash in the washer with a mesh bag, line dry in the basement. We have enough for a week or two. |
I wash them in a mesh bag then lay them out on top of the dryer (the heat helps them dry faster). |
Yes , this has worked the best for me as well. |
I hand wash them using a bacterial soap and then just hang them overnight on hooks in our laundry room. It takes just a couple of minutes and is much quicker than using a washer and dryer. |
NP. Ours are made out of quilting fabric mostly and comes out of the drier all scrunched up, but then smooths out as soon as you put it on. Maybe it's the material, but could be worth trying out the dryer? |
Wash in machine with everything else, hang dry on a rack overnight. |
Hand wash with unscented liquid detergent, roll up in a towel and wring dry, line dry. When the weather is suitable (April-Oct on non-rainy days) we line dry all other clothes too, it's better for the environment! |
Machine wash in a lingerie bag on cold. Remove from bag, reshape and hang from plastic clips on a hanger. |
Take a wire hanger and loop the mask through its own elastic to hang it on the hanger. I can hang 5-6 masks on a single hanger.
Hang this over the shower curtain rail. |
I wash by hand with warm soapy water, rinse, wring and hang on towel rack. Good lord, how easy can it be! |
I hang them on doorknobs to air dry |
