It's not just college kids. A friend posted pics on Facebook this weekend of her church festival. Mainly families with a few elderly people present. In 20+ pictures, one person was wearing a mask correctly. Almost everyone else had a mask either around their neck or under their nose. This was in both posed and candid shots. No social distancing was apparent.
