It’s really kind of you to think of this. We are going to be moving to a new neighborhood in a couple of weeks and I’ve been feeling pretty depressed about potentially not being able to meet neighbors and build connections under the current circumstances. I think a nice note, contact details if you’re comfortable providing, and some kind of store bought treat (cookies/fruit/wine/ etc) would be really appreciated by most.

OP, you walk across the street. You say hi. You don't need brownies. You don't knock on their door. You don't need to do this immediately but you do do it when you see them.
