What does a DAN doctor have to do with ABA? |

| ABA therapy is a highly effective behavior reduction therapy for children on the autism spectrum. I am currently a Registered Behavior Technician and have been providing in home ABA with for children with a private practice. The company that I work for does not provide more than 10 hours a week for the child as more than that can be highly ineffective and is actually unethical. Children can not focus on ABA for more than 2 hours per day or no more than 3 hours per day. Therefore even with 7 days per week of service, the child should not be receiving more than 21 hours a week. If you are looking for more hours for your child then you should send them to a school where ABA is incorporated in the school system throughout the day.
