I was wondering this. I encountered really aggressive cyclists in Portland but never anything like this here. I wonder what his story is and if he just moved or just went crazy. We dont tend to tolerate this here |

+1 He needs to be caught soon. His behavior is escalating--in the last incident he got off the bike to approach and hit the pedestrian. He's not just lashing out from his getaway bike, he's now dismounting to fight. This is a truly sick person and the next incident may be even worse. |
