OP here. He has been doing this since birth. I don’t think it’s a growth spurt. |

This is very normal.
Unfortunately (because I know lack of sleep and constant feeding is exhausting), this will go on until about 8-12 weeks, depending. But it’s a long, long process to get to a point where a young baby can go several hours between feeds. |
