WWYD if your spouse did this?

Well, kind of already was. He was stripped of all his committees and got primaried and lost by 58 points

Then, wear it all the time.

HAHAHAHAHA. I know someone who has a closet FULL of Louboutins, high end bags, and glitzy high end enormous diamonds by this method. Now, whenever I see any of those, all I can think is that their DH is a dog.

She's clearly not making it expensive enough. If your husband earns 100k a year, you want a 20-30k item. If your husband earns 1 million a year, you want a 500k item.

Even if you divorce, you'll have something to sell.

Are you the staffer, or the lawmakers wife?

You as in people responding. No, I’m neither. I’m just curious.

Of course you are.

Nah. This all happened like a year ago. My memory just got refreshed because he lost in his primary last night and this issue was a focal point of the campaign.

People make mistakes. I wouldn’t overreact if it was a one time thing.

Even if nothing happened, it’s inappropriate for them to be in a hotel room together. SMH.

So, who is this? Obviously a public figure if he lost in a primary

Hopefully you didn’t believe that lie.

He harassed a woman and then ran for public office? I'd divorce him just for being dumb enough to think he'd win.

Who's Staush Gruszynski for 500, Alex

I'd leave him simply because he looks like Jared Fogle of Subway/pedophilia infamy.

I would leave. I would probably leave for consensual cheating, but I have NO tolerance for any kind of predatory behavior. I have an acquaintance whose husband had multiple affairs, but also two instances which sounded like potentially assault, for which he was fired. Even if I could get over him being a horndog (doubtful!), I couldn't be married to someone who had multiple colleagues lodging complaints because he was aggressive and made women feel unsafe. Absolutely not.

The fact that he ran for office again despite virtually every leader in his own party telling him not to tells me that he’s just DUMB. In addition to being a predator

The idea is that he'll hesitate in the future because he won't want to have to splash out again.

Sometimes men love their wives, but think with their penis. This is a good way to give him some motivation to stay away.

The trick is not to hold onto resentment. And make sure the thing you pick out is at a price point that you can think to yourself, he wouldn't be able to spend this money on anyone else.

Take Vanessa Bryant’s route. Interesting take.
