What masks do your kid wear to daycare every day?

My 4 year has a tiny face. I got her a kids face mask from Carter's for $3, and another one I found at local CVS store for $5 which fits her perfectly.

My 3.5 year old can wear the gap kids sized masks without a problem.

11.09 Raises an interesting point. Should small kids (I’m talking 2-4 yrs) really be made to wear a mask outside in the heat? Outdoor time is their exercise time. I see a lot of runners without masks but small kids are expected to wear them to run around and play.

Anyone buys a lanyard or something like that wear around the neck which are not safety hazard but to ensure that the masks are lost at daycare? Does that work? Link please for little kid?

It’s a really tough question. my 2.5 year old sweats/drools through a mask outside in no time, rendering it worse than nothing. But evidently a 2.5 year old with a soaked mask satisfies the mask police ...

Initially our daycare indicated that they would not have to wear their masks outside, but they do. But they can pull their nose out- I wish they's just have them take the masks off altogether.

hanna andersson's are smaller for little ones faces. measured side by side with old navy, they are quite smaller. softer, too.

there are rubber holders we got on amazon that made it more comfortable for our DD to wear the mask. she said it's like she's not wearing one at all.

good luck!

Can you link to the rubber holders? Do you mean the little beads you put on the elastic loops to make them adjustable, or something else?

Hi, I'm not OP but I think maybe the person was talking about Strap Extenders. From the pictures it takes the pressure off the ears. I was able to find it by searching "silicone mask strap extender"

Making them with fabric my kid wants.

I bought the family pack of 8 from Gap and they are so, so soft and the kids size actually fits my kid's face and ears (he is 6). It is extra cute that the adults and kids match.
