Kitchen Range -buy with griddle or extra burner?

I have a griddle that swaps in for two burner grates and we use for pancakes and things a few times a month (but then I’ve never really needed more than 4 burners)

Same. I actually keep the griddle in place and use it to keep a crock with some of my most frequently used cooking utensils in it.

Pancakes, kabobs, meat basically any and everything I would use my frying pan for because the griddle has a larger surface space
