I bought some 25 lb dumbbells on Walmart's website. They were expensive (about $90) and they took about two months to arrive.

OP I don’t know what part of town your in, but there is a store in York, PA called York Barbell that carries a lot of gym stuff. Call them to see what they have in stock. Their inventory changes daily, so browsing online isn’t ideal since it isn’t updated quickly. I’ve gotten several set of dumbbells and medicine balls from them since March.
