If you have had mastitis....

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I'm pretty sure I have mastitis (suddenly feeling flu like symptoms, have a temp of around 99, having painful let downs, and fairly engorged breasts despite nonstop massaging/hot compresses) and I just called my OB office (GW) and they told me they could maybe get me in on Friday. I don't have a PCP in the area (just moved here). Do people go to urgent care for this?

Yes, definitely go to urgent care if you're worried it's mastitis, it can progress quickly and you don't want to get it to the stage of needing to get drained.

Yes, and my experience was that they were great with it.

Definitely go to urgent care, or you might end up in the ER.
