PP again here--OP, I just saw that you said your daughter has an August birthday. Concord Hill does often red-shirt (not always, but often, and not just boys either), but they do it on a case-by-case basis. You might have better luck telling CHS that you'd consider both Primary and K for your daughter--if that is true and you would consider both, of course.
