Daycare and behavior change

They grow out of it. I promise. The worst was that period between 3 & 4 yr old when some kids dropped nap and others didn’t. If mine napped, she came home bouncing off the walls until 11 pm. No nap, a crying miserable mess but asleep by 8.


Even if they’re at home and not daycare dropping nap is hard and you have that challenge.

So true- this spring was super hard with our 4yo at home. I think the sweet spot would have been an hour catnap but it was always all or nothing, and increasingly nothing, and his behavior was such a challenge.
