Going rate for early elementary tutors?

We are starting in person and hope to continue that way. If that matters. Masks and mostly distant, outdoors when possible, fans indoors.

Are you talking about 3 kids all on the same math level doing the same work? If not, $75 an hour is not going to be enough to cover their time including prep time. Even if they are all on the level, teaching three kids is a lot more work than teaching one child. I can't imagine a certified teacher doing this for less than $100-125 an hour. JMO

What? I though teachers couldn’t work outside? Someone gave a list of reasons why weather, bees, etc.
