| +1 for chicken. Nigella's recipe for buttermilk brined chicken is the best. Basically, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika. Combine, and marinate chicken overnight. The best chicken ever (we usually grill it). |

I subbed buttermilk for the milk/water in pancake mix this weekend and it was delicious.
Buttermilk biscuits are super easy to make - much easier than most baking recipes. I think my recipe is a Martha Stewart recipe. |
