I never let my kids scream like that, ever. I was very gentle with my kids when they were young. You don't have to cave to what they want, but you should at the very least not act like their feelings are irrelevant. Sucky parenting. That kid will not grow up happy.


You’re annoying. What makes you think you know the best way to parent every kid? Some children throw tantrums that are best ignored

I would have kept walking. Toddlers be crazy. You are making lots of assumptions based on a quick interaction.
