how are you getting your kid to and from campus?

Our campus noted that...students should be prepared to move out at any time. Consider this when packing.

I kind of hope it is DL because he won't be able to come back to us unless things change dramatically. I hate the thought of him spending Christmas alone in America or as the tolerated guest in someone else's home.

Although I don't know you or your son, I assure you that if he spent Christmas with us, he would be a very welcome guest and we would do everything possible to make him feel warm, welcome, and happy.

My kid survived a semester abroad with one large suitcase and a sports bag. And access to a washing machine.

+1.

We received our assigned move-in time 6:30 pm on a Monday. We will drive down that day, move-in, spend night at hotel, and drive home the next day.
We are about a 4-4.5 car ride away.
