We do after every bath. My SIL does not and acted like I was a weirdo when i asked for some when we took an unexpected bath at her house last year.

Before 3 months old, I used coconut oil since they suck their hands and feet.

Never on the kids. (I only put lotion on myself on my face in the winter and my legs after shaving. Otherwise I rarely use lotion either.)

When we do use lotion I use eucerin or cetaphil, something with no fragrance or parabens.

Same here. I never put any lotion on baby or a toddler. I don't bathe them often.

I’ve never used lotion but I use aquaphor after every bath. Otherwise their eczema goes crazy

Used lotion when we were giving massages to our babies - no parabennor phthalate lotion — but otherwise, no. If you’re not bathing your baby excessivelu (2-3 x a week is all babies need) with harsh soaps, you will not strip the skin of natural oils.
