| Brian Patterson's Knife Skills classes at L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, are always sold out. He is truly the "Knife God". Skills that last a lifetime and unlike many of the cooking supply stores- he's not selling you anything while giving the class. I cannot say enough good things. Check out Chowhound DC and other sites and you'll see the same glowing reviews. |
