There will not be an election in November. You have ignored the national test-run they just conducted. The election will be cancelled in some locations, and in others, the ballots will be discarded or declared to be tainted or void.

There are enough states that will carry through regular elections so as to have a valid result. If there isn't, Pelosi becomes president at noon on Jan 20, 2021. The Trump/Pence terms end, by Constitution, at that time.
