I think the Twitter poster is a hero. Giving me a few laughs during quarantine. The objects of the mocking... well, they're blocked out on the posts, and... write some pretty tone-deaf awful stuff.

This is hardly unique - Best of Nextdoor has been on Twitter for a few years.

Find some of their earliest followers and retweeters. People creating secondary twitter accounts often end up following themselves or retweeting the early content to help boost up a new account.

Yes, coming to post this. Look for early followers with the same last name to identify possible family members. Google the Twitter handle or similar versions to see if tied to anything else, like a reddit account. Google specifc phrases in the posts to see if posted else where. Reverse search any images.
