Great list, though I have some quibbles. I know a family with a profoundly intellectually disabled child -- nonverbal (MR, not autism) so I do think the taking kids with MR is not "may" (not sure where your emphasis was in that sentence). I also know kids who don't have MR who go there.

I am surprised to hear that Diener claims not to take kids with ASDs because I thought that was their target audience, particularly reading through their brochure and what they emphasize. And the one kid I know who goes there is on the spectrum. As the mother of a child with an ASD, I wonder how we became he third rail of special education.

The first three descriptions seem dead on to me.
