Daycare opening requirement

Is this a co-op? Strange that parents get so much say in this. And why do parents care so much if it opens or not? Just don’t send your kid back if uncomfortable. Guessing they just don’t want to have to pay to hold their spot if it reopens?

That’s correct. A vocal majority didn’t want to open and to calm them down these guidelines were implemented.
