Sending infant to daycare

Anonymous
We’ve been sending both our 3.5 yo and now 4.5 month old to daycare since mid May. We use a small home daycare and have no issues. We’ve actually seen less illness overall - no runny noses, colds, etc due to all the extra cleaning and precautions.

Yes, because Motrin would only cover up symptoms. Daycare would not take a sick baby or a baby that has medicine to cover up symptoms.

Right but Motrin would treat the symptoms. Of course I wouldn't send him in sick but Motrin could make the difference between staying home with a fussy, suffering baby and or a perfectly content baby who just stays home to sleep.

Oh you are so naïve.

Yeah ours has the kids eat and play in mini-groups (like 3 kids) and sanitize in between the groups.
