I dont know why i clidked on this thread and Im not a man but my hair is currently that long and my split end's split ends have split ends.

Hubby and all guys I have dated prefer women with long hair. Not waist long, but they all commented how short hair is unattractive. Color is different for everyone I think.

Yeah, mine did in the past, too. I think I once saw 5 splits on a single hair. I stopped washing it as much and it got MUCH healthier. You can Co-wash (using silicone free conditioner) or use a baby shampoo. But cut off those split ends first.
