Question about pudgy stomache

I don't do weights much, but I could try it once we're safely out of quarantine. It doesn't bother me much, but I've always been amazed by women with toned abs, and I was just wondering if I were missing something everyone else knew!

There's also anabolic steroids. That plus hard work is how some women get them. I'm definitely not suggesting it.

Six packs on women just aren’t that attractive. We look better with a bit of softness.

How is one supposed to lift heavy right now?

I do. I have a pull-up bar and weights. But even without that, you can do body weight exercises which qualify. Lifting heavy is just lifting to failure, where failure is within a reasonable number of repetitions (people argue about the exact number, but 8-12 is fine unless you have very specific goals.)
