1/2 veggies, 1/2 falalal tomatoes cucumbers quinoa mint leaves pita chips or chickpeas dill tahini dressing I used to get this all the time when I was at the office! |
the restaurant is so much better than their quick serve. the original chef is very much involved with the sit down cava and is very generous with charities and community giving. |
Oh, good catch on the eggplant dip. It is very good! Sometimes I forget to order it. There is so much going on when I'm going down the line! |

Falafel Hummus, crazy feta, eggplant dip Cabbage slaw, tomatoes, olives, pita crisps, whatever else looks good from the toppings Greek vinaigrette Sometimes I can stretch it to 2 meals if I have extra hummus, greens or rice in the fridge. |
Greens and falafel. Tomato, cucumber, olives, feta, quinoa, whatever others veggies look good. Red pepper hummus, eggplant, tzatziki. I don't usually add dressing, especially with the tzatziki, but I do like the lemon tahini dressing. |
Salad -
I switch up the lettuces - usually 1/2 romaine 1/2 spinach or 1/2 arugula Crazy Feta Tzatziki Spicy Lamb Meatballs Tomato and Cucumber x2 Pickled Onions x2 Crumbled Feta Greek Vinaigrette and/or Harissa Yogurt (I miss the srichaca dressing) |
