| Maybe an adult but my dog is very, very dog-reactive and it is not pleasant to walk him. I would not let a kid do it as they would not be able to handle my beast. Plus, I worry about a kid being able to handle a situation where unleashed dogs run up or possibly attack. |

Viral particles can cling to pets, as well as the leash, so that would not be a good idea. |

| In the uptight suburbs of DCUM I wouldn’t do it. So many things can go wrong. We had a neighbor who wanted to open our gate so her dog would “play “ with ours. Whenever she felt like it. Just seemed like too risky. |
