Irritated with preschool--just a vent

My friend works at a preschool where parents complained about the same thing, a lack of communication about what kind of refund they’d be getting. It assumes one is coming. None is, so there is nothing to communicate.

Pre-schools, apart from public pre-k, are generally year-round so technically there's a chance they will re-open before the new year starts in September...

They should have organized pick-up time for people to get their stuff though.

That's terrible. My preschool has been very good at communication at all steps. I wish we had the opportunity to donate as I had sent in crappy clothes to be used in case of an accident. I'm picking our stuff up tomorrow as well as a partial refund for April (prepaid). On the flip side, we don't receive any zooms and only an occasional email of learning opportunities. The teachers are also furloughed.
