Play yard (ours from Creative Playthings had monkey bars, 2 swings + trapeze bar, climbing wall up to house, fireman pole and slide down from house, tire swing underneath house).

Skip the sandbox unless you are willing to cover it every moment not in use (cats will use as a litter box).

Monkey bars on the play yard will help it last longer (when they are 10+), and you could get one of the swings as an infant/toddler one (with seatbelt) for your youngest to swing in now.
