Weekend plans?

Honestly, we have been busier on weekends than ever. Typically, we do kid classes. But now, I’ve been researching a bunch of nature areas close to our house, within a 20 minute drive. We found three new places that have been really nice for the whole family. Is it a lot more work than taking a kid to gymnastics and watching/surfing on my phone? Yes, absolutely. But, I’m not a very outdoor type of person, and the fact that I have been forced to become more an outdoor type person has been good for me and the kid.

Busier than ever driving to a park area 20 mins away and walking around? God. I wish I had your life.
