Parents of young children: what's your plan if you both get sick?

Both of us are sick (possible Covid, but insufficient testing in our area) as are our kids (3 and 6 y.o.). I've had some respiratory distress, but we have not needed hospitalization. We're managing the best we can...same as when we all have the flu or a really bad cold.

Honestly, this has been one of the worst sicknesses I can remember, but you just do what you have to. We ordered delivery yesterday, and they left it at the front door.
