Some of you all are behaving really poorly in public

I’ve seen a lot of nice behavior during early hits/right before closing at Wegmans Fairfax.

I’m 50. Nice young high school/college-aged kids really polite and looked like they were shopping for others based on their cart sizes filled with stuff. Youth rock!

Omg — autocorrects suck! Early hours, not hits.

OP here. I agree that the really younger people seemed more considerate, as were the 70+ crowd. The middle aged lady crowd was insanely cut throat and out only for themselves, it seemed. Unbelievably rude.

I say this myself as a middle aged lady, but conscientious enough to understand it's not just me against the world.

I disagree. I think people in Bethesda ARE ruder.

Yeah, we know, we know... yawn.
Everyone is sick of you finding excuses to bring this up (especially those of us who dont live anywhere near there).

They are ruder AND the layout is terrible. Lots of entitled old white people there.

Ditto. A-holes.

I have actually found people to be nicer, but no way in hell I would set foot in a Trader Joe’s right now. Those customers are rude or oblivious on a good day.

I found everyone smiling and pleasant this morning at the grocery store. Almost a holiday spirit feel - we are all in this together type of mood.
