(Non-COVID) People complain a lot less about FCPS than MCPS... why?

| FCPS for all its troubles has an Inspector General monitoring 3 billion a year budget. MCPS doesn’t. (Only a swamped county level IG). The corruption in MCPS thus goes undetected and has brought a once storied system down. |

| This is a first. FCPS parents are the most disgruntled demographic in this nation. Nothing FCPS does works for them. Canceling for snow, canceling for CoVID, working on online learning. Everything FCPS does FCPS parents hate. It’s like Batman and Joker. |
