Can I manage/edit Whole Foods Amazon Prime delivery order?

Thank you so much for posting the solution to this problem! I added the cheese I wanted to my cart, and when I hit checkout, the button popped up asking if I wanted it added to my open order. I then received an email confirming the change to my order. I couldn’t find this info anywhere else. Thank you!

You CANNOT DELETE OR EDIT ORDER ONCE SUBMITTED YOU CAN ADD BUT NOT REMOVE

In case anyone is interested in switching, my Giant account gives me a cutoff time (usually either 8pm or 11pm the night before, depending on if you have a morning or afternoon delivery). I can add/delete/change items in my cart up until the cutoff time.

......But there appears to be a cut off time that they don’t publish. I ordered before 10pm for a 3 pm delivery the next day. I was able to add one item before 10 pm but at 11 pm I could not add. I wish they would publish their “cut off for adding” time.

I think it varies, which may also explain why some think you CAN’T EVER EDIT OR ADD and others say sure just check out and it will ask. As times get busier, they shut down changes further n advance. I say this purely based on experience and that sometimes when I go through with something marked as avaialble to add to my order, I try to add to upcoming shipment and it will say sorry can’t due to social distancing or something like that. I don’t think it is completely arbitrary though.

You can't, it's how they keep prices low, stop it or you'll be banned

You can edit UP but not down and cannot remove an item once the check out is completed.

HOWEVER, when you add items to the cart after the initial order, there is a screen that asks you "do you want to add these to your order" so it can be changed THERE if that is the issue.

I contacted customer service today and they were immediately helpful - they cannot remove items, but she put a credit for the unwanted item on my account that will show the next time I order anything from WF or Amazon.

It's easy to add, removing is the problem. But, I just used "cancel order" then in the middle of the page is a button/link that says "Add everything to cart." If you do that it's like starting a fresh order and you can now easily remove unwanted items (or add more).

Can you add a completely different product or it has to be an add of an already existing item?

There’s a way. Cancel the order. Then choose to re-add all items. You’re now in an editable cart where you can delete single items.
