Help...my grandparents are being swindled! Any estate lawyers out there?

OP here - thank you all so much for the advice. I was able to take care of the bank account and am also happy to report that we had a new will drafted on Monday (and the old one was destroyed). The "friend" kept a copy of the old will and is refusing to give it back to my grandmother--I guess to try and contest the new will at some point?--but I discussed this with the lawyer who assured me that she will not be successful in this. The old lawyer also admitted to me that the "friend" and her husband gave him the names to put into the will. What EVIL people. Anyway, all is resolved for now and my grandmother seems to understand the problem with involving a 3rd party in matters like this. She still thinks this woman is her friend, so I need to watch them closely, but she has assured me she won't be discussing the will. She is pretty angry with the friend and gets the magnitude of what she tried to pull off. Thanks again so much all. This site is always so great.
