Yes that’s correct. I locked in a 30 year 3.125% refi yesterday. Mortgage rates track the 10 year treasury yield (TNX), which touched an all-time low of 1.26% today.
It would be easy to get 3.00% tomorrow for 30 year fixed. Could go lower if the 10 year drops, but seems pretty good to me! |
