For diaper blowouts only. But I have asked them to put kids in bathing suits to play in yard with hose or if they wanted to “swim” in tub. We usually shower with child in morning so baths are not married to bedtime routine, they are more of a treat.

Mine do but they’re also family members. I remember bathing all the kids I babysat for when I was younger , though.

As a former Nanny and sitter I did this and thought nothing of it. Now I am a parent and no I don’t have sitter give my kid a bath. Nighttime sitter is usually Grandpa and I have her shower and in pjs before I leave. In the summer we have a sitter for after camp twice a week and I just do the shower when I get home. DD is 7 .
