Where to buy inexpensive bathing suit now (not online)

OP, I am looking for suits too. I saw some online at JC Penney and their website says many of the suits are in the store too. You might want to check their website, if you find something you like it will tell you if it's in stock at the store. I am planning on going next week to pick up something inexpensive.

I seem to remember seeing suits in Target. Always very reasonably priced...

I don't get why designers can't understand that a 40-something woman who is still fit but does not want to reveal it all in a bikini might want a stylish, hip one piece! Why must it be the hip bikini, or the black skirted burqa?

Did you go to the Target on 14th Street at Tivoli north? Now, I haven't looked there very hard myself, but I seem to remember that Target -- at least back toward early summer -- had a wide variety of swimsuits available. After all, HS kids, college-age young adults, hipsters and big-hipped old farts like you and me (hey, I'm 39 so I brandish the term 'old' with pride!) shop there...
