| Obviously Tom Hanks. |
|
At one point I maybe would have put Bill Cosby on my list, GOD DAMN IT BILL YOU RAPIST. Ahem.
But it's hard to know whose really nice and whose secretly drugging and raping women. |
| TOM Hanks. Remember when he "crashed" a wedding in central park? |
| Common. Very kind when I saw him at DCA Howard Homecoming weekend. |
Agreed. I've heard he's not THAT nice socially, but he has done soooo much for the poor and homeless, often without recognition. |
I think I would fall over dead if he smiled at me with those dimples! |
he helped a woman who fainted on the street in NYC today! https://www.tmz.com/2020/01/06/shaquille-oneal-help-woman-fainted-nyc-governor-cuomo-car-accident-rescue/?fbclid=IwAR0RrLbpWsqgybu1HoeyFDtyRPPhWzfHXI7ZL4mWJKFAygR7LimnSIZabEo |
| Mr. Rogers |
He takes the cake! |
I think we have to take Mr. Rogers out of the conversation - he's the gold standard. He was always so nice to us college students at Carnegie Mellon when he walked across the campus from his home to the studio. He would stop and really ask how someone was doing, always keeping an eye out for someone who seemed down or lonely. Miss him. |
| Jen Garner, but she and my husband have known each other since they were kids, so she has to be. |
| Steve Carnell. His extended family lives locally (in Mass) and he is often seen out and about. I have yet to meet him, but I’ve known 3 people who have bumped into him out shopping and they can’t say enough good things about him. |
years ago, my mom said that he was known to spend time in Cecil County MD, as apparently his wife had family there (I spent my first 13 years in Cecil and my parents spent most of their careers there)? Anyway, she said everyone who met him at batting cages and what not gushed about how nice he was in person |
oh, good - a jen defender. vs the person who knew her in college and said she was a big old meany to her |
