I would go. Dh takes older kid on slopes. I entertain toddler.

We have 2 kids in elementary and a 2yo. We do this type of thing all the time. You can retreat to room for nap for toddler. NBD.

Your 15 month old doesn’t need two naps. Get it down to one after lunch while everyone is out.

If they were renting a house and staying together, I'd go. But hotel rooms? No. You're not going to spend much quality time with everyone, anyway. If DH wants to fly solo for the weekend, I'd encourage him to go.
