You know that’s kind of odd, yes? Knowing your school mascot is so normal that it’s one of the security questions for some banks/brokerage firms.

Did they not sell shirts at the bookstore? Not have sports teams?

I love being a Tarheel, but Ramses the Ram is a dumb mascot.

I love Uga, the Georgia Bulldog, for pure cuteness.

And the Drexel Dragon looks very cool.

But how would somebody dress up as a Tarheel for games? I like seeing Ramses at basketball games.

I take your point, but any NC-related animal would've been better. Plott Hound (state dog)? Honeybee (state insect)? Gray Squirrel (state mammal)?
