My dd got these and she's so in love with them. |
My oldest is 3.5 and I've been telling everyone who asks to get her craft supplies and anything for her babydolls - little bottles, clothes, etc. |
Our son loved Zingo (and understood the rules) at age 2. I think you're definitely fine at age 3. Even if the kid doesn't get the rules right away, they still like playing with the tiles, clicking them into the holder, etc. Another good game is Hulabaloo. |
OP here! Thank you for all the suggestions! |
OP back just to update. I got Zingo because I can imagine the cousins playing with it right away at the family gathering. Also a play doh set and a book my son loves.
Thanks again for the help! |
My 3 1/2 year old does great at Zingo. |
I have a 3 1/2 year old - she has an older sibling, so she's over things like Duplo, sticker books, etc. Here are some things she likes:
Games - Zingo as mentioned above, but also Sneaky Snacky Squirrel, Don't Break the Ice, Hi Ho Cherry Oh, even Candyland. Playfoam Kinetic Sand Kits Magnatiles/Magformers/Tegu/other Magnetic block things Picture Books (a step up from board books) - Knuffle Bunny is great for this age. The Days the Crayons Left. Dragons Love Tacos. This is also a good age for The Gruffalo, Where the Wild Things Are. The Peppa Pig books are good for this age if you want something cheaper. |
