I recommend books by Dr. Christiane Northrup - very mind/body - focused on transitions.

She talks about whatever is not working in your life becomes very clear. It's made me make changes in relationships because of built up resentments.

YES!!!! WOmen's Bodies Women's Wisdom is a great start. Also rec her podcasts and the ones she has done with Kelly Brogan. For me, exercise, no wheat/sugar and progesterone cream with some acupuncture equals sanity. Reading Northrup got me started in this direction and its working really well. Good luck!

I think I am just approaching perimenopause and it suuuuuuuks. I am having trouble sleeping, waking up sweating and hot more often than not, periods are haywire, moodswings, etc. All labs normal so I know not thyroid or anything. I am 46. I really hope this is not long and drawn out
