They aren't, but I didn't reply to them since they were not rude. This poster said "Posts like this amaze me. You have a ten year old. How about...A banana. An apple. Done." This was all attitude and rudeness, like implying it is amazing someone got their child to age 10 without knowing how to feed them. It was just snotty. |

Dried veggies from Trader Joe’s. My kid likes dried carrots and dried peas. Lots of fiber. They also have moon cheese (freeze dried cheese), which has enough fat to be filling. |

She actually implied it would be in the backpack for longer than a week, unless you can plan for when your emergencies occur: "but I imagine there may be some days where we are delayed for some reason and dinner plans get all messed up. I want her to keep some filling, shelf-stable snacks in her bag for emergencies but what?" |
