Lower abdomen pain in third tri

So just in case OP...I had really severe lower abdominal pain third trimester that got less severe overnight and then returned...turned out to be appendicitis. When I called about it (first round) the nurse suggested that it was round ligament pain. Appendicitis during pregnancy can present in weird ways. When it came back I actually thought I was going to die. So...if it comes back, go in. I regret not being more demanding when I first reached out to the doctor about this.

OP here, thanks for letting me know. I will watch out for it. The pain is still there but it's not terrible. I'm hoping that with the stool softeners it will clear up by the weekend.

OP again, pain is completely gone. But I found out I have a UTI, ugh.
