Monday Morning Moms

Currently using for my two kids- a toddler and and infant. Overall experience with the provider is fantastic. Very dissatisfied with the support from the MMM coordinators. Although they pride themselves about having readily available backup care, there is a caveat. It only works best for toddlers. If providers are at the max for infants, it pretty impossible to find care for your infant.

Hi everyone, I’m Susan Agnir and I'm the president of Monday Morning Moms in Montgomery County.

Our primary objective at Monday Morning Moms is to place children in daycare homes where they are safe, happy, thriving and learning and we are thrilled that we get so many happy reports about how we are doing just that. But equally important to us is that parents have peace of mind about their child care experience.

Feedback is so important to us and we are constantly working to make sure best practices are in place for each Monday Morning Moms provider so we are grateful for the comments you have shared here. We always want to learn about what goes well in our program but also about what can be refined and improved.

I would welcome more feedback from anyone with more specific concerns. Please feel free to reach out to me at Susan@MondayMorningMomsMCMD.com or (301) 528-4616.

Thanks!

My first appointment with Monday Morning Moms was pretty bad. The woman who came to our house didn't know our daughter's age nor if she was a boy or a girl. Both facts seem to be important to place one's child in day care! That was alarming that the MMM rep didn't know or didn't take a look in advance, especially since I had 2 long phone conversations with the MMM people in advance of the visit.

Hi, I’m Susan Agnir, President of MMM.

I want to thank the parent, who posted on 12/04/17, for the feedback about his/her appointment with our MMM representative. Our aim is to provide personalized service to every family and I am sorry that the MMM rep did not know your daughter’s age nor if she was a boy or a girl. Your comments are very important to us and this has been brought to our staff’s attention so that this can be improved. Please feel free to email me at Susan@MondayMorningMomsMCMD.com or call me at (301) 528-4616 with any other concerns you may have.

Thanks!

One issue I had with MMM was that when we started asking about liability insurance and who held it, MMM or the provider, it seemed we were dropped from any priority of getting our child placed with MMM. The email (word for word) included: "We suggest you contact Locate: Child Care at 1-877-261-0060 for more resources." We thought that was odd since MMM could have revisited looking at a day care near my work instead of dropping our family altogether. MMM knew where I worked and we talked about looking for a provider near my work, opting to go with a provider near our home first.

They're just a private organization, probably charging money.
